The Bugatti Veyron has been regarded as the most unbelievable car on the road today. Currently the fastest production car in the world, the $1.9 million dollar price tag is more than worth it, if you can afford it. However, the price tag may not be the only thing keeping people away from this luxury race car. They actually have a lottery just to get on the actual waiting list. I’m sure if you’re willing to cough up a couple more million, you’ll make your way to the top of the list. But then, the car would probably go from an outrageous $1.9 Million to an absurdly ridiculous $3.2 Million price tag.

0-60 MPH in 2 seconds is mind boggling. I’m not even sure many of us fully understand what that means. This type of power and acceleration is akin to that of spaceships. The top speed of the Bugatti is a mind numbing 249 MPH.

Founded in 1909 by Ettore Bugatti, the young automobile designer got his start making small cars for other car companies in Italy. When he started production on his own line, he made sure that they were fast, premium cars. They even one the first ever Monaco Grand Prix. Bugatti eventually succumbed to WWII and stop producing cars around the 50′s. It wasn’t until 1998 when the Volkswagen Group bought the rights and the name of Bugatti, that the cars went back into production.
